Delete your PowerSheets account

This page explains how to delete your PowerSheets account and data, for the PowerSheets app on iPhone and Android and for coach.powersheets.app.

If you're an athlete

Delete your account in the app:

1. Open the PowerSheets app and sign in.
2. Tap Account in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Or by email: send a request to legal@powersheets.app from the email address you sign in with. We reply within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your login (email address and password). You are signed out on every device and can't sign in again.

What is kept: your training data (programs, logged sets, notes and check-ins) belongs to your coach's records, so it stays in your coach's account. To have that deleted too, ask your coach to remove you, or email us and we'll pass the request on to your coach.

If you're a coach

1. Sign in at coach.powersheets.app.
2. Go to Settings, then Delete account.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

What gets deleted: your account, your login, every athlete, their programs and logged data, and your subscription is cancelled.

What is kept: billing and invoice records, for 7 years, because Belgian tax law requires it.

When it's gone

We delete the data from our live systems right away. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule within 30 days. See our Privacy policy for more.
